C202P receives Community Partnership Award from Laveen Elementary School District

C202P is among the recipients of the 2018 LESD Partnership Award

Connect 202 Partners was honored to receive the Partnership Award from the Laveen Elementary School District (LESD). The award recognizes “businesses and organizations that have provided key support to LESD’s students, staff, and schools.

The LESD falls within the Salt River segment of the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway corridor. C202P has worked closely with the District to coordinate bus routes, ensure safe pedestrian access to and from school, provide current, accurate information to LESD families and staff, and support events such as the Laveen Spring Arts and Winter festivals and Read Across America.

The award was presented at the Governing Board meeting held at the Laveen Education Center on Thursday, August 9. C202P’s Walter Lewis, Travis Legare, and Crystal Rubin were on hand to receive the award.
